Be hard to hear it with the stock intake becuase most of the sound it muffled by the air box. Do you think your's is leaking?

naw i thinking of just getting either the aps dual vent, or the forge recirculating one. ive read all about the BOV and what to get and not to get, so far those 2 are the ones that have mostly good reviews. what you guys think?

They are not bad, but I would personally look into the JDM MR DV. Its the same one found in the IX's and can hold boost quite well.

I'm going through the same bov paranoia with my stock 03. Under some loads, I can hear the BOV noise power on. Usually under 50-75% throttle. My boost gauge under WOT produces stock #'s (and the resulting fall off). But sometimes the power feels soft and the thing doesn't want to go.

I have wondered if the stock BOV is rebuildable. I'm saving my $'s for a reflash and would rather spend it on that. I'm trying to make the time to construct a leak tester and see where that goes.
