Clutch
if you don't launch on it then it can hold enough power for 320 awhp for sometime so to answer your question it really depends on how you drive and how much power needs to be delivered.
The clutches in these cars don't go out.
Yes some people go though the stock clutch in only 5K miles, but there is also people
who make it to 30K, 40K, even 50K miles on the stock clutch.
My 05 has bout 15K miles and clutch is still good.

The stock clutch isn't that bad if driven right. It holds good power, and uses decent friction materials. The biggest problems are 1. that a restrictor in the hydraulics do not allow for rapid engagment and 2. the pressure plate has wear stops built into it so once the disc reaches a certain thickness, the clutch slips like mad really quick. It's fine one day and junk the next.
I have over 45k on my stocker at it's holding 300 ft. lbs. of torque still. The stock clutch isn't that bad. Although my car has never seen the drag strip, let's just say it's seen it's fair share of abuse due to my "less than perfect" launching techniques.... which have been vastly improved recently thanks to input from warrtalon.
And I'd take anyone's comments who reference clutch life vs. hp with a grain of salt.

Haha... So true.
The stock clutch, according to a couple of shop owners here and there, can hold up to about 400 torque...
