A clutch would last you more or less depending on:

How often you shift
How many miles you drive
How much torque/power you are putting
The RPMs when shifting(relates to whp/tq)
How much time the shifting process last(fast shifting or taking your time to drop rpm)
How much you press the clutch pedal

71k miles on stock clutch is a real achievement. Someone that lives in New York city and has to shift his car 10x more than someone that lives in the midwest with stright highway and no traffic lights..

before I sold my evo, I had almost 30k miles on it running over 430whp for over half of those miles ALL on the stock clutch! Although, I didnt track the car, it was my daily..and I only did MAYBE 2 launches...so, its beleiveable

heel and toe helps you stay on throttle while braking mid corner...this has nothing to do with clutch life. do you mean double clutch?

42k miles here and the car has been drag raced from time to time. No sign of any problems at all.

36k on the stocker here with a couple trips to the strip. Keeping my fingers crossed for another 15k out of it.
