just a curious question, how did you warp your head from a spun bearing? also how do you know your turbo was ruined? i spun a main bearing not too long ago and am in the process of rebuilding but have pulled aprart the turbo and there are no signs of any damage/metal shavings. also my head looked fine including the headgasket. not being an *** at all just wondering how exactly you found out

The fact that my oil pump was faulty caused the oil pressure to drop ultimatly incraseing the heat and the head is aluminum so it was very slighty warped.

The shaving ruined my turbo, you may have been lucky. Make sure you have a professional check out your motor before you re-assemble you can not tell by your eye the extent of the damage.

yeah the motor is at a machine shop getting honed, align bored, cleaned, and then reassembled with a new crank, rods, pistons, bearings, and hardware. did you see some leaking from the headgasket to determine the warp?

My oil pump went bad, wich caused a main bearing to spin as well as a rod bearing and this ended up causing damage to my crank and alignment bore, as well as slightly warping my head and of course ruining my turbo and oil cooler... Well I got a new oil pump and had all clevit bearings installed as well as eagle rods and wiesco piston's and all arp fastener's and had the block bored 0.02 over, as well as a new alignment and balance job on my new crank, I also had the head milled to perfection.. Way to many upgrades to list, so here are just some of the new parts..

looks like a fun install
