Also you might want to look into some shifter base bushings/underhood bushings. They are pretty cheap and could prolong the life of your tranny.

i have problem shifting back gear when its cold///
i have to force it really hard to shift into back gear///im afraid i might break something.. i just have fresh syncromesh fluid in it.no difference/
