Dyno result by Türkish evo

Hi guys we finally did fine tune and got some numbers. You can see my mods in my signature. We use the Türkish 98 octane but ı think our 98 octane is equal to your 93 octane or 95 octane maybe.418hp@20,5psi and 490Nm

Yeah, I'm somewhat confused by that dyno sheet ... the way I'm reading it (probably wrong), the car put down 283.6whp and it's estimating that as 418.8 hp at the crank?

And did you really dyno in 5th gear or is that a typo on the sheet?!

off-topic edit: why is it that the rest of the World outside of the US seems to use estimated crank dyno numbers instead of actual power at the wheels?

I think the usual rule of thumb is to use the gear that is closest to 1:1 ratio, which for our cars is 4th. But even then, most people here use 3rd as runs in 4th take longer and can heat soak the intercooler leading to worse results. I can't even imagine how long a 5th gear pull would take!

Not sure what you mean when you say the whp was not configured ... was the dyno not setup correctly? Dynos measure actual whp and then make some estimation of crank hp ...

Honestly I'm not sure what 418hp at the crank would equal at the wheels (and it's different on every dyno), which is why we generally use whp numbers, since we have no way of actually measuring bhp without taking the engine out and putting it on an engine dyno. Do you have a baseline result on that same dyno? That would help to see the gains from your mods.
