Hi I did a search on this and all I got was nothing. However, I was wandering what the evo9 stock wastegate assembly is? Is is internal or external?

 

You could do a search ...... in your engine bay

Seriously though, has any mass production turbo car ever come with an external gate??? I suppose it's possible, but I haven't heard of it. External gate is pretty extreme for a mass production car ...

(it's internal ... and the stock wastegate spring opens at around 11-12psi)
