Talking Maxford Turbo Manifold on the Dyno////56K beware

OK, so I sold my UTEC and wanted to see what I was getting on the Dyno. Added the Maxford Turbo Manifold, as well as a cat delete(I have all the other bolt-ons, these are the 2 most recent). I ended up putting down 289HP to the ground. Not bad for just bolt ons. Next is a flash from WORKS. Anyways, enjoy the pics,,,,,,

That seems a bit high for an untuned 04 evo. Or is it tuned?
Nice

Those are pretty good numbers for an '04. At the Vishnu dyno day a stock '05' was putting down ~250whp. An '04 is probably 10 less. Ryan's car is probably running a little on the lean side, but his reflash will take car of that. With the reflash he'll probably be in the 310whp range.

I rode in his at the dyno day and it felt fast. He may just have a strong one.

Don't take this the wrong way.. its 100% MY opinion... but you should have kept the UTEC. You spent a lot of money for that flash that is no different than a Dynoflash flash. But the UTEC you could have tuned urself and gained the same power. Plus its fully! programmable. But each to their own

All ive heard about the UTEC have been bad things. Its tough to find a good tuner and the drive ability of the Utec isnt that great.

I am running stock ECU. No flash yet. Needless to say I am happy with 289whp. I am by no means going for a world record here or anything.

So what was the actual gain Ryan?, I mean, just the Cat delete and the Maxfor manifold alone?
