Is it true in saying that the 4G63 out of the Galant VR4 has stronger internals (ie. conrods, pistons) than the one out of the EVO3? A mechanic I spoke to said this was due to the exagerated lightening of the parts.


I need to know so I can establish which one would be a better a better engine replacement for my Lancer GSR (4G93).
