Flywheel Bolts

Doesn't everyone change them when doing a clutch/flywheel job???? I can't find ANY references were people call out the fact they change their flywheel bolts when changing the flywheel. I tried to get some from a well known vendor (who advertises here) and they're special order??? Takes 2-3 days for them to get them. Isn't this a necessity? Well, the vendor didn't carry any turbo/manifold or turbo/02 studs either. Go figure.
