spend it at the chicken ranch. You can get two girls for two hours to do whatever you want.

Exedy Twin Plate clutch is a must if you drag race. I got HKS 264 cams + cam gears on my evo, and they run so much better on the street than the 272's in my dsm. Injectors, upper+lower I/C piping, Manual Boost controller (if you havnt already), GT3071R turbo kit.
Any money left over -> Bigger FMIC

(Set some aside for dyno tune too)

$4500 for 400 hp

Lets see
act street clutch $550
alk/meth kit $550 or a lil less
wideband and egt setup to make sure you dont break nothing that should run you around $420
gsc cams 272/272 $580 or a lil less
fuel pump if you dont have one $85 all you need it the pump not the kit
680 injectors $320 maybe a lil more

you should be at that 400whp with stock turbo easy it must be dyno tuned and there is the rest off your money.

there was a 03 with a few less mods then this and did 376whp at ams thats with the stock 03 turbo w/9.8 hotside and alk/ meth kit and i think race gas im not sure on that.

standalone and a great tune! should beable to run upto 30psi on pump that way with loads of torqu (great for sprinting) and you get to frun anti-lag and te likes which will help drivability! lol

then the rest on slowing the car and getting it through the turns faster! thats where you will make the most time! a set of cut slicks will also help loads!

and big brakes, AP six pot on the front i would say!

oh and make it lighter, that helps with everything!
