is it possible to do my cam/cam gear install without the timing belt tensioner tool?

I ordered one but it hasnt come and I need to do the install this weekend because Im getting a custom tune next weekend and wont have the time to do it during the week

maybe if someone local has one I can "rent" it from you for a small fee and get it back to you once Im done w/ it

 

yes a little more difficult. youve gotta remove the belt itself. someone please let this person borrow a tensioner tool.
