really cool washing machine!!
washing machine with a 35R??
Some pics of a few things I've had laying around for awhile and they just happen to be on a washing machine right now. Some of the welds are not spectacular, on the dump tube its hard to see in the pics but there are small pieces of metal sticking out which cant be good, Im no welding expert though. Ill have to smooth that out somehow, plus the edge of the flange and the pipe are not even close to lining up right, there is a lip of metal 4mm high.

Looks good, which parts did you make. The one nut on the outlet looks almost like you used a mig, but everything else looks like tig, what are you using? I am in the same boat as you, I have a mig, not a pro, but made my exhaust.
