Invidia Downpipe on Ix

the downpipe itself fits very nicely.. however, i went to bolt in the 2 tie rods back in and one of them hits the downpipe.... anyone else experience this?

I have the Evo 8 MR and i have the 3' Invidia DP and the test pipe and the G 200 exhaust from INvidia and i didnt come accross this....
