sbr 35r kit

guys, ive got this kit and not only does it look sweat but deliveres great power. i have only a dyno flash and piggy back safc2 for tuning and netted over 440 whp at 27 psi. it would have been more like 470-490 whp but my base tune was done on pump and 92 oct so the timming and all is conserative. i wish now that i would have had my custom tune done on 110 oct. at anyrate, after long consideration of all the kits out their this one did exactly what they said it would do. and the 02 bolts up to the stock dp loction like it was built by mitshi themsevles. fitment it bar none the best. great price too. i get mad compliments at the track about the manifold. anyway i give it a thumbs up. walking away from a corvette in 4th gear at 27 psi is way too much fun

why does it say "flywheel torque" and "flywheel power"? Isn't it suposed to be 405WHP?

Dynapack reads like that but its at the wheels .XXtunings' dynapack in East Hartford Ct does the same.

that wastegate dump return isn't too close to the turbo? it looks as if its too close and even at an angle that its blowing air TOWARDs the turbo a tad.

Stock Turbo Numbers In Signature

Brother.

Are those stock turbo numbers in your signature or are they using this turbo kit? I like how you have both types of dyno sheets in your signature. I believe that everyone should do the same to eliminate some of the drama between Mustang numbes versus the various types of other dynos.

To use a Dynapack dyno you have to remove the wheels so it's says flywheel HP but reads very similar to a "stingy" dynojet. My stroker/stock turbo setup made 340hp 340lb/ft on a dynapack.

The good thing is dynapacks have very repeatable/consistant numbers which is the only reason you should use a dyno in the first place.

Is there another pipe needed to bolt up to the intercooler.

The kit looks very nice. I noticed there was no price difference between a 30r & 35r. Is that correct or just a mis-print?

no.. the lower intercooler pipe with silicone is supplied. Obviously there is differences in company FMICs and may need tweaked to fit a particular core.

ALWAYSINBOOST, yes the price is the same for the kits.

no, it will work with the factory maf, but you need a filter adp. The Air box takes up to much room and wont fit with the piping. Besides it would be rather restrictive to run an air box with an upgraded turbo

I'm in CA. I would be willing to sacrifice a bit of efficiency to retain the stock airbox. Your kit may be able to pass a visual inspection, but not with the CAI. Would you guys be able to fab up a pipe/hose to fit the stock airbox?
