2.75inch or 3inch DOWNPIPE

Right now im running a Tanabe downpipe that is 2.75 inches would there be any difference if i changed to a 3 inch

IMO, if you have already invested in a 2.75, it doesn't make sense to spend a few hundred more and buy a 3 for the minimal gains. However, if you haven't invested in any yet, which isn't your case, I'll go with the 3.

I'd always suggest the 3"... even on an otherwise bone stock turbo car. However, if you already have the other, I'd not be breaking my back to change it.

On a stock turbo'd evo you'll lose low end tq going to a full 3" DP....

If he decides that he just has to get a 3 inch to see for himself, he could always sell his on here or via ebay and then take the money and put it towards a 3 incher!
