Cool 20g-9 and Forge actuator.

Well I got it to work and work it does. Take a look at the 2 attached pics. The spacers between the compressor housing and the Forge bracket are 1/4" and 7/32" the smaller one is closest to the waste gate to get the actuator piston assembly to clear the outlet pipe and help with alignment in general. The hole in the bracket closest to the waste gate was slotted slightly to allow for more adjustment of preload. The hole in the piece on the end of the rod that connects to the waste gate arm was slightly beveled on the ID to deal with any binding issues. And of course the rod was re-bent to get the alignment right, not pretty but it works great. Of course you'll need the help of your local machinist to get this done but if you have a Forge HD actuator and you want to upgrade to the 20g-9 it might be worth the effort.
