Question Exedy Twin ?'s

So I bought a used Exedy twin disc clutch for sale, I'm sure it needs new discs, but the price was right! There's a couple of questions though, are there any ways to identify that this fits the EVO? Also, does it re-use the stock flywheel bolts (it doesn't have any)? I'm told that it came out of an EVO, but there are not any #'s stamped into the cover or the fly wheel, there are #'s on them, but none that match the #'s in the back of the Exedy catalog (the exploded view). There are #'s on the clutch plates, but those don't even match anything in the catalog.

By the way, provided this fits the EVO, what throw-out bearing should I buy, just a new one from the dealer?

Any info or help would be greatly appreciated.
