Cel from test-pipe Gruppe-s

Installed the Version 2 Helix TBE from gruppe-s about a month ago and the test pipe doesn't have the mechanical fix on it to keep the o2 sensor out of the main-stream so i calleed gruppe-s and they said it didnt need it anymore in the new version....Well after my dynoflash my cel is coming on and if i reset my ecu by removing the battery cable it comes back on after like 100 miles or driving hard... is this cause of the flash or do i still need the electronic fix (perrin).. i have heard of other people not needing the fix but wassup??

Its not the flash, you need the mechanical o2 fix or an o2 simulator.
