something sounds wierd here, are those dynojet numbers? If so I think it seems weak for an 05 EVO since my buddies 03 made 333 AWHP and similar TQ with less mods than you....

For me and my 05 EVO, I made about 330 AWHP also and similar TQ, all w/o meth, w/o my LICP upgrade, w/o my BR Race FMIC, and with a huge big **** BOOST LEAK!!!!

But once we fixed the boost leak, added meth, and retuned the AEM EMS, I got my dyno results in my sig....

fixing the boost leak gave me an extra 20-21 AWHP across the board, plus some TQ as well....

Numbers seem a little low for the mods. You have a Custom Tune or a Mail in Tune?

nahhh I think you are on the money, I think for mail in flashes AL likes to tune on the safe and conservative side....

When I did my dyno tune, I asked Mark at TT to give me a tune that'll make me the most power across the entire powerband (Looking at my AFR charts I'm guessing I'm running 11.5 to 11.8 AFR)..., and still have a margin of safety in it. I also requested that for part throttle, street driving/highway cruising that I be tuned for fuel efficiency as well... and thats what I got...

as for the margin of safety is concerned we learned that even with the WG crimped, my stock 05 Turbo would not spike over 27.5 PSI according to the AEM boost-log....but they made me a map that'll go to 30 PSI anyway, juuuuuust in case.

I don't recall your power being that great with those mods before meth on a mail-in flash, Blue Evo. This power looks good to me for a mail-in flash. The FMIC isn't really useful on the stock turbo running pump gas boost, and the LICP is good for 7-10whp, so they say.

Well, Warr.... I never previously posted or even discussed my numbers before we ended up with the results of my final tune, as far as I remember its now that I choose to disclose in details my numbers with my boost leak (no gasket in BOV flange), an before the meth was activated..... I made about the same power about 330 or so AWHP

I think CubanEVO should be in the 345-350 AWHP range with his mods on his 05 EVO

Those numbers can be improved, on May 20th Jestr will be down in our area offering custom tunes. AL uses the same software as him for his flashes, so he can improve on that main-in flash. If you are interested in attending let me know so I can let you know who you need to get in contact with.

Numbers are slightly low (330) for those mods however it was a mail-in so I bet there is another 15whp or so left on the table. For comparison sake I put down 346whp with turboback, intake, 272s, LICP on a custom tune my first time to the dyno.
