p0137 - O2 Sensor Circuit Low Volts (Bank 1 Sensor 2)... Evo IX... ***in' had a fun time putting in a threaded O2 adapter and threaded sensor... what did I do this time?... at least it is no washer and crank angle sensor explosion...
