Why I loose boost at 3500 rpm ?

Why I loose boost at 3500 rpm ?
I made some mods to my engine...
- intake cam ( 264 ) LC from 110 to 113
- Ported shrouded compressor housing to solve surging problems
Before the mods I had full boost ( 2.0 bar at 3500-3600 rpm ), now I have it at 4100 rpm...
Why ???
