crappy idle when AC is on

When the AC is off the car idles fine but when I turn the AC on it gets pretty bad at times.. Most of the time its ok but it dips really low by itself every 10-15 seconds or when I make a hard stop. Im using HKS Fcon Vpro.

I have the same problem, Im using revolver cams and I think it has something to do with that. I dont turn my ac on unless Im on the freeway.

I think the typical idle is somewhere between 800-900 RPM. If you are having real problems, you could raise that to ~1000 RPM or so. I tend to keep my foot near the gas while sitting in traffic with the AC on for this reason.

I think there is a how-to on turning up your idle somewhere on here...

Its becasue of the cams and the low vac. I have the same problem i fixed it this weekend my tuner raised the idle to 1000-1100 rpm added timeing how it only dips down a about 100 rpm and it hold at 900 vs the 400rpm dip almost wanting to kill the car.
