If possible could you post some pics from directly behind the car. I would really like to see how it fits the exhaust cutout.

Your inital write up had me sold on a replacement exhaust till I saw the pics. I cant deal with how far that sticks out. Lost me on that one JUNBL.

Yea, if you look at my original post I did comment on how it sticks out a bit. I do agree with Chad and everyone else that it does allow for a clean, unmelted bumper; but I think they could have cheated back a few centemeters. Regardless, I dont think that small issue should prevent the purchase of this exhaust. Ive seen alot worse coming out of the back of Evos. It is your choice, but I still stand behind my decison.

Oh man no, dont get me wrong I'm not knocking your decision to buy it etc, I think its an awesome value and it looks like a solid piece. All I am saying is I think the length is a bit to much for my personal taste. Like you I have seen a couple EVO's with dirty bumpers etc, but nothing ever major. To each his own, I think you got a smoking product.

Haha, I didnt think you were knocking at all. I just commented on your post so people who only read the last page of threads realize there is a "reason" for the length. Thanks for the kind comments.

I installed mine a couple of days ago...I Love it! It looks bad *** (yeah it's a bit big...) and sounds sweet! Not too loud at all and has a nice deep grumble!!

you wrote theres no neck downs in the piping. I thought it necked down at the cat or did they get rid of that? Oh yeah, I love that exhaust, its perfect.

They changed it recently so the small adaptor piece that bolts up to the stock cat is 3". Before it tapered to the stock cats diameter, which if you continued to run the stock cat would not be a problem.

it only neck downs if you want to have the 2.5 inch to stock cat setup.....otherwise it can have the full 3 inch setup instead now.

Awesome man, Im in the market for a tbe myself.. The only thing I dont like is NOT how far the tip sticks out, but more so how it angles to the right (muffler is not straight under the car). Anyway, congrats, and the car looks hot.
