Starting to hear WG flapping sound: OK?

On two occasions recently I have heard the WG flapping sound when backing of the throttle in my IX MR. The exh. is stock except for a catback. Once again, this is a recent developement so should I start checking for leaks? It's not happening constantly, just twice in a month or so. Is this normal?

yes, I am referring to a fluttering sound and I dont think it was exclusive to 3rd or 4th gear shifts/operation. My BOV either goes TSHEUUUUWW! or TSIIING! (like a sword being drawn from the scabbard haha). To let you know, I do have an intake so the BOV is very comunicative. Can stock BOV make this fluttering?
