Most will say the Buschur stock ported & coated exhaust manifold
But this all depends on what you are looking for honestly, been there done that.
Also the search engine works like a charm

if money is no problem. full race. all the way.
if money is hard to come by. the b/r ported makes the next best. i have the b/r ported. as many many other do and see some reat gains.
all the others just lose power or crack. many people will agree with me here. also do a seach you will find out 1st hand or get what you want and learn the hard way.
b/r ported stock manifold or full race. its just on how deep them pockets are.

Sorry, but the DC manifold did gain hp - look at the dyno chart they provided. Several DC owners love their manifolds. Yes, we have heard of 2 or 3 cracking, but this was the gen1 design and gen2 manifolds have stress relief cuts in the flange. So, not all are junk. The full-race is about the best, but for the money it costs, I dont think so!

Evodan2004 - You need not get so defensive and throw out personal insults. I didnt say anything to deserve that response.
Turbo magazine or Import Tuner tested it and gained 13 hp, if I remember correct. Search the forums, you will find the dyno graphs. I am not trying to bash buschur or full-race. Geoff is a good buddy from my honda days. I am just validating that DC is also a good choice!

also tho you are rong wait whoever did the test..... it dont do as they say it does. it was proven a few times here. it lost low end and gain maby 2 hp up top. not worth it.
also i bet they tested it with other mods. this also could be the reason a gain was had.
not true, because the GT Spec has also been shown to make power on some dynos, and affect nothing on other dynos
Bottom line...stick with the stocker....no matter which way you go, it's hardly worth the time or expense, as there are other areas to mod the car and get solid gains

Not to argue, but I don't recall them claiming it made anything. They gave the headers to certain shops to dyno, and the dyno's were done, and the power figures derived from. The gains I've seen on customer cars are in the 8 whp range, which is inline with what any other manifold typically gives. Some cars will have a greater gain, some will have a lower gain, but 8 whp is about on target for what to realistically expect. Another reason why, unless you are hating how the stock one looks, it's not a great bang for the buck mod. You would net a far greater gain putting that $$ towards a TME or a IX turbo
It's the type of mod where your mileage may vary - some cars will see great gains, some will see no gains. It's a function of many different things

if you compare the gt spec and the other ones to a ported stock there is no comparison. stock ported will do beter. looks o hell no that stock thing is nasty. lol. or if you got money, full race. better then anything out and looks hot. but who has 900+ for it.
