My friend has a 2004 VIII he just put on a new forge wastegate, bigger injectors, walbro fuel pump, evo VIII european exhaust manifold, white rabbit turbo upgrade. when he builds up to about the 1.5 bar the car seems like it is backfiring, or the BOV is sputtering. And it threw a random misfire code. Any Info that anyone would be able to provide would be appreciated thank you

 

Plugs, coilpacks, and wires fixed a similar backfire on mine. But that is a random fix without knowing your problem in better detail.

 

Is it tuned? If not, it needs to be tuned ASAP.

If it is tuned, did you put in new plugs? You should try a set of BPR7ES or BPR8ES (both are copper) gapped to .026 and see if that helps at all in case your current ones have gone bad or just aren't good enough for the new setup.
