help needed - Car stalling

i've had AEM EMS on the car for about 2 months and the car has run flawlessly. The mods done (all installed at the same time and tuned) are EMS running MAP, upic, licp, intercooler, hks 272 cams and fuel pump. the car has never given me any problems. Tonight driving home from work the car stalled twice. both times i was trying to come to a stop at a light with the clutch in and foot on the brake. the car started right back up. i drove it home and on the way had to stop at other lights and the car never stalled.

i did a visual inspection and nothing seems to be lose so i'm not quite sure why the car would stall. if anyone has ideas on what i should check again please let me know. i'm not mechanically inclined so please try and be descriptive. thanks for the help.

What clutch do you have? A lightweight flywheel & clutch assemlby can cause this. The lack of intertia means the ecu cant apply fuel fast enough in certain situations to keep the motor running. If I romp on it up to 4-5k and immeditaly have to brake with clutch disengaged - it will die.

i dunno what the problem is but don't cruise to a stop with the clutch in... even while you're braking. you're riding the clutch.

I totally know what you are going through, I was having the same problem. To resolve this, I adjusted the idle from the throttle body adjustment. I brought the idle up about 200 rpm's and that solved my problem. When I was tuned the idle was left at about 950rpms, I now sit at around 1050-1100.
