Port and coat your stock manifold unless you are using a big turbo, then get whatever goes with your turbo kit.

Get the DC Sports Manifold, it is the best for looks and performance, with an average price tag

If you really want a header for your stock turbo, I'm happy with my DNP header. Comes with support rods from turbo flange to head flange to resisit cracking. If you go with a tubular design you'll most likely lose a littly spool/low end torque but gain some in the top end. Why do yo uwant a manifold? looks or performance?

Agreed, port the stocker to go with a stock(ish) turbo. If you're upping the ante with a bigger turbo, I'd probably go with Full-Race or AMS.
