What does this mean?

I have been trying to figure this one out on my own, but I can't. The stock wastegate vacuum line connections go from the air intake to the stock boost control solenoid then to the wastegate and finally to the turbo, right (or at least something like that)? I have found that the way mine has been hooked up was wrong (which I've stated in another post)...anyway, that's not the point. The point is that I CAN NOT find the vacuum nipple or whatever on the turbo itself. I know that there is supposed to be one there and that you need to cap it if you're running a MBC, but I have looked and felt around the whole housing (the compressor housing) and can not find it at all. I've seen pictures of where it is SUPPOSED to be, but it's not there on mine. Anyone have any idea what's going on here? There aren't any signs of welding or anything like that, either. I'm stumped!

what is your current boost level? the stock vacuum lines have white dashes on them and have a red tip on the end. if they do not look like this then you probably have aftermarket lines without the pill.

Yeah, there's no white line...no solenoid, and no turbo nipple. Before it went like this:

Air Intake ---> Wastegate nipple

Now, since I'm getting the MBC installed soon I re-routed it so it T's off from the BOV line and goes directly to the wastegate. I'm guessing I must be seeing 11psi right now since that's what the stock wastegate spring is (that's what I heard anyway). I can't get the MBC on until I get my gauges installed, which will be on the 7th of July. I was just wondering wtf is up with the turbo nipple not being there?
