Where to get a block?

Anyone know where I can get a 4g63 block for an evo and what to expact for a price?

From the Dealer a block with main caps is about 1700, a short block would be about 2700.

I'm only lookin for a block. Even if anyone has one with realy low miles, i'd be interested in that.
