Possible Transmission Problems

Everytime I start to let out of the clutch peddle it makes an aweful sound, and does it for about a 1000rpms. The only way around it is to just drop the clutch. It seems it has gotten worse over time. I do have an exedy twin.

Also my gears feel really notchy.

And finally one tuning on the aem. we get knock about 7000 rpms no matter what the boost and what type of gas were running. which we were thinking may be transmission noise.
