Clutch slipping again

well i got an 05 evo with about 58000 miles on it, im on my 3rd clutch now, the stock followed by 2 act hd street disks, i think my clutch is slipping again before it would slip right away now it slips a slight bit every once in a while in 4th or 5th gear only if i floor it completely, my clutch also engages all the way up top, wondering if adjusting the rod under the pedal and bleeding the clutch could let me pull some extra time out of the clutch, also should i now go with the extreme pressure plate with the street disk?
