Possible low/hi fuel pump relay faulty?

Hi guys,

Need some input here. Was driving around in my evo and all of a suddent the throttle went dead and the engine died. Stopped the car, engine cranks but wouldn't start. Everything in the engine is fine, fuses are ok, no leaks or hoses that are off.

Checked the pump for start up on ignition and there's no sound at all. Thought it was a bad pump but my tech's checked it out and there is current for the fuel pump from the ecu but there's no current to the pump from the relay. I know that there is a low/high speed circuit for the pumps on the evo 8 but I need to know where it is. Am sure that is stuffed. Currently running a bypass to restart the car.

Any help would be appreciated.
