well we had to take the whole front of the motor apart
but we got
it started sounds great
even with the stock exhaust
the buschur will be here tomorro

how the hell did u do that. u must have cross threaded it. u need at least 6 inches of all thread M8 X 1.25 bolt.. i use a half thread 5 inch bolt and it barely let my belts come off. but it worked for me. oil the threads a lil bit to keep thiem moving easy when u put the bolt in the tensioner.
I had the actual tool and always kept ARP lube on it. I think when it bottoms out people keep going and break it off. The mitsu tool is not that strong.
The other thing is, I always used a 1/4 drive ratchet. It doesn't take much to releive the tension I think people take it too far.
