They can also be found at shops such as amsperformance.com , buschurracing.com , lancershop.com etc.

You will look under the engine parts for a balance shaft eliminator kit.

Are you using a 4G63 oil pump with a 4G64? I'm not sure off the top of my head, but maybe the 2.4 4G64 isn't compatable with the 2.0L 4G63 oil pump?

Call AMS or Buschur I'm sure they can help you out over the phone instead of driving yourself crazy trying to figure it out.

Good luck

Why don't you look around your area for a 4G64 oil pump and try that out?

Rui,
Who sold you the engine parts? They should be able to help. If not, you can try Buschur or AMS. They've probably built more strokers than anyone else out there.

If JAM built your entire short block, ask them which oil pump/cover is designed to fit with the clearances they built into the short block. Since it's balanced as a complete assembly now, you don't want to start massaging or grinding clearance now. It should be their problem for the money you paid for a complete shortblock.

i think it is hitting because the balance shaft is supose to turn with the motor. if you turn the balance shaft at some point does it not hit? The oil pump has a timing mark for a reason...
