Question b4 i install my DNP manifold question....

So im purchasing a DNP manifold/02 housing in a couple days. Im kinda eager to install it but curious about a comment that was made to me concerning performance. Ok, so i was talking to a buddy and he claims to install only right before i plan on getting it tuned, because overall it will decrease my performance while only having a TBE to compliment it... Is this true or false.

And to throw this in, incase anyone can help me on this, my buddy wanted to give me his buschur racing lower IC pipe. Will it fit on my car? he had a 2005, and it fit him... How much different can it possibly be, i mean i saw BR offers a new IX pipe, but will it be a big deal other than the possible rubbing with the under tray? thanks.

Take under tray off. And for the manifold, you should have i tuned after you install it. you can gain a couple degrees of timing and throw more fuel in! And you should get a down pipe. It makes a differnce.

If it was my car I prolly would install them. I wouldnt lie but the AFR will be off a little. But I would be eager to put something on my car when I get it in the mail too!
