Clutch decision...

Well this past weekend I went to the drag strip with the evo and finally killed the stock clutch. The car had over 100+ passes this year and it held up great until I hooked up nitrous. First pass down the track the clutch just slipped the entire way while spraying and is now done. So my problem is deciding which clutch to go with. I basically race the car atleast once a week whether its drag racing, autox or road racing. The stocker held up great so far but now its time to upgrade and I am caught between the act xtreme PP with act streetlite flywheel or the exedy twin plate. I daily drive the car and streetability is a big part but performance is my main concern as the car was bought to be raced and will be replaced with a daily driver at some point. Money isn't an issue but I don't like to spend it if unnecessary. I also have heard that the act put major where on stock synchros which is why I am leaning towards the exedy twin disc. Yea the act is cheaper but in the long run it could turn out to be more. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I want to order a clutch asap so I can break it in for the next autox on august 6th. The horsepowerfreaks feramic is also a major conisderation of mine.

the exceddy HD twin should be perfect for you, very good streetability once its broken in and will launch great for a long time since you know how to drive. you,ll probabely have to put up with a little noise like deceleration noise and the normal stuff but you get used to it (its the nature of the beast). you,ll also feel the car shifting 10 times better with reduced driveline shock. the clutch is worth every penny it costs. If you didnt already definetely remove your rest. pill from the clutch slave cylinder and put on a SS clutch line. good luck with your choice but i speak from experience.
