Under hood shifter bushing question

Hey all

I just installed the split design shifter linkage bushings from agency power and they have a few mm of vertical play. Is this normal with the bushing kits?

I have the brass ones (from EvoMoto) and there is absolutely no play in mine whatsoever. It is one of my favorite mods so far, it really changed the way the shifter feels ... love it.

I messed around with the bushings and I don't think there will be any problems but it still dosn't seem right.

So the bushings that have the c clip on them don't have up and down play on the mounting shaft after the cotter pin is installed? I may consider trying these out.

Vertical play is fine.

BTW, still the biggest waste of time mod I've done.
