springs and retainers help!!

hey guys,

i just bought a pair of comp cams 272s and want to replace the springs and retainers. what springs and retainers would fit on my evo IX w/ the MIVEC???

Dude you posted the samething in the general section

And my repley was.....
Dude you can't use the intake cam, unless Comp came out with a MIVEC cam...... did they I haven't read anything about it if they did.

I'm pretty sure you can just use the same DSM/EVO VIII springs and retainers like everyone else. Call the dealership and verify that the part numbers are the same for 2003-2006 just to be sure.
