have you raced it, what were the 1/4 mile times( with time slips if possable)
and last but not least, how street able is it
im one of those guys with a buschur exhaust no cat and a set of 280 cams

I'm running all buschur components through stage 4, 1000cc injectors, Buschur GT35r, 280 cams..

I have not yet gotten any official numbers but Its incredibly drivable and fast.

There are several GT35r cars making well over 500whp, some approaching 600, I'm personally going for over 600..

Oh, and my car still passes an New York State inspection..

I forgot to mention the additional mods I have on the car, however my car is unique and there are many other GT35r cars making big power with a stock ECU...

I have an ECU+ running exclusively in passthrough mode, its only being used to logging at the moment (its the best logger out there if you use it just for logging)
I have a Pro-M MAF sensor (Ford Cobra based) and a ProFlow Karmann converter, its calibrated to mirror the stock MAF sensor's readings. But I don't run a stock MAF.
I have an APEXi AVC-R running in dumb feedback mode at the moment (I haven't used it in gear based learning mode yet since I'm still tuning the car) And the boost controller is operating the external wastegate in "Proper" mode as documented by Tial, in other words, the inner nipple loops to the boost source (right off the discharge pipe on the turbo), there is a T that goes to the Boost solenoid (NC fitting), and the output from the solenoid (COM) goes to the assist port (outer port) on the Wastegate. This will allow the setup to hold any level of boost I set it for. I also run an HKS SSQV without recirculation and a 4" Dejontool intake with the AIT sensor in the intake.

With the cams, injectors and Turbo, the cams have a bit of lope, but I have a rock solid idle of 1000rpm (950 actually) it doesnt load up or stall, I'm running an HKS DLI-II with my own COP setup, and BPR9ES plugs (Two steps colder than stock)

all adjustment has been done with the stock ECU, injector scaling, idle speed, fuel trims, load scaling (up to 340% from 260%), RPM scaling (8500rpm) etc.. all done with ECUFlash.

This is on a 2.0 motor, essentially stock internally except for cams. I have a head, and spare block that I will be building up, and switching to a more aggressive cam setup when I do that. I also have a sheet metal intake manifold that was modified to retain sensors and fittings required to keep the ECU happy (including the EGR though it will no longer function in the legal sense, it will respond appropriately and not throw a CEL)

The install was very easy.. however the exhaust manifold is a little tricky, basically mock everything up first so your wastegate and turbo outlets line up, then remove the turbo and bolt on the exhaust manifold.. Otherwise you'll spend a long time lining everything up later.

The only hassle i had was eliminating a leak on the vband clamp (hence the mockup being necessary first, then tighten everything off the car) and getting nuts that fit the exhaust manifold (4 bolts across the top) napa has the nuts you need in stock if you need them, or you can grind the manifold (and kill the nice coating) to make recesses.

Malibu jack

One more question... With your 35r kit, did you think the tubular exhaust manifold would of been suited better... rather than the stock ported manifold.?

Its not a stock ported manifold, the buschur kit comes with cast manifold of their own design. I chose that for durability. The kit is also significantly less expensive.

I put down 405/379 ISP 35R with a self tuned ecuflash. Planning on hitting 500WHP with stock ecu and some modifications to the MAF.
