Need to adjust the clutch?

On my stock clutch I notice that sometimes I can be sitting in neutral at a light, depress the clutch fully and put it in first and it feel a thump (in the drivetrain, not just the shifter) like as if the clutch is still slightly grabbing.

how far/close is the engagement?
Does it engage very close to the firewall or far away from it?
If it engages almost right away, then yes you should adjust the clutch pedal.
Same applies if it engages too far from the firewall.

One thing to remember is, dont turn it either way to many times since it will have adverse results.
Good luck.

Its an inch or more off the floor, doesn't feel bad at all but like I said...sometimes with the clutch all the way in I can feel something in the drivetrain grabbing and can't figure out why it does that. I also get the rough shift/clunk sometimes just babying it at a low rpm.

I would adjust the clutch pedal slightly and see how it feels.

thats way to close to the floor, adjust the clutch so that there is no free play at the top and then adjust it so you have about 3-5 MM play at the top and you should be fine.
