Awesome, I have options then. I still have my stock one and my aftermarket is in the car.

My dilema is I get a slight pause inbetween shifts. Like it takes a second for the car to catch up. Almost like a small slip inbetween shifts. I have never experienced "slippage" like this before, its usually pretty obvious. The revs go up but the car is not moving as fast at the revs are etc... It may be something else but I have NO IDEA what else it could be.

That's what I'm running. Clutch went on around 4,000 miles and I now have 36,000 miles in a little over a year. I haven't abused it at the drags, though.

I have an ACT 260 and stock flywheel. The only problem which I hate is gear lock out at high rpm.

I'm also using the ACT street clutch kit with the stock flywheel. No problems whatsoever. Coming from a 2G DSM with a Fidanza aluminum flywheel and ACT 2100 clutch, the Evo is much more "drivable." After driving the with lightened flywheel for a while, you can get used to the quicker free-revs and feelings of less rotational inertia. However, if you ever valet or have your car pulled into a shop, the drivers will stall it every time. This isn't a reason to stay away from lightened flywheels, but something to keep in mind. Since the Evo flywheel is inherently lighter than the heavy 2G flywheel, I decided to keep it. Again, no problems at all. The only difference from stock is a slightly heavier clutch pedal, which you won't notice after a day of driving (oh, and of course a much more durable clutch with relentless grip).

I have had one for 2 years, it holds perfectly and shifts perfectly. You may want to keep the stock flywheel as it helps with launching. Rally cars add a heavier flywheel to keep momentum as they are flying up hills and stuff. A light flywheel is tricky to launch and makes shifting more critical as the RPM's drop as fast. I had a lightweight flywheel on my DSM with a 6 puck, it was tricky but doable.
