Clutch or transmision issue?

After i changed my clutch with an exedy organic single disc kit i can not shift properly.
At high rpms 6500-7000 it goes very hard into 2 and sometimes 3rd as well.
Is it a transmision thing... or its becouse of the clutch?
At lower rpms its perfect...
THX

PS. the clutch grabs high so i was thinking its no need to adjust the clutch rod.
and it shifts perfect untill 6000 rpm so i think its no need to bleed it either..?

Yep sounds like you need to adjust the clutch petal/rod. This has to be done with any clutch install so I would do that first to see if it helps your issue, sounds like it will.

You know you have to break-in the clutch before you beat the **** out of it - right?
