Question when i remove the factory boost vaccum lines and connect a manual boost controller will i be able to get 21 psi in all gears or will it go up gradually from 1st to 5th if not is there any way to do this.

Make sure you use new line when going to a MBC, the factory lines have restrictors in them - MBC with factory lines will not work right.

Tune the MBC in 3rd gear. Start slow - 20 to 21 psi peak.
