hi i drive an 05 evo 8 and when my stock clutch went out i replaced the entire setup with an act prolite flywheel, max xtreme pressure plate, and 6 puck disc, everything is good so far but the 6 puck is extremely uncomfortable to drive it chatters like there is no tomorrow and is very loud maybe due to the flywheel, what should i do, replace the disc with street or just leave it, will it wear out my tranny faster?

 

Just did the same thing with Evo, upgraded to a spec stage 3 with a 6 puck disk. It isn't my daily driver, but I'm still concerned about how much of a pain it is to drive and what it will do to my drivetrain. I'd like some 6 puck feedback as well.

 

exedy twin . You'll get the chatter but personally I can live with it. Its only when you have the clutch pedal depressed and after a while you dont even think about it. Thats just my opinion though.

 

What are your HP goals? This is most important.
