Try one of the turbo shops such as Blouch Turbo or Turbochargers.com. Speed Element, in Fremont, CA, can source one for you as well.

If you are looking for the IX 20G TME, practically everyone has one available for sale. However, if you are looking for a straight IX 16G TME, as mentioned before, you can purchase one from Calvin at Speed Element. Turbochargers.com will build one for you also if requested, but it is not posted on their website. Get price quote from both places including shipping and tax to see who has the better deal.

Evo Ix Tme

Here is what I got so far:

Gruppe-s can get one for $ 1900.00 + $140 for port and polish.
OUCH>>>>>>>.
I will call around but suspect that there is a difference between what can be buit around here and the JDM unit (most likely the cause of the steep price from G-S).

Thanks for the advice. I'll call Speed element, Blouch and FP for info. And thanks Erik for your response.

Yeah, for $1900 you can get a Forced Performance WR-9, or a BR 20G-9-5, and still have change in your pocket because youll need about $175 for the installation kit.

Call Speed Element. As I recall, they quoted a price around $1200(approximately). They also have a fair price on the installation kit.

Basically Spool , due to the lightweight titanium wheel.

Like said before, unless you can get it for under 1300 its really not worth it since you can buy the 20g9-5 or WR-9 and save money...

Turbo

I sent at a quote request to Speed element. I also have a TME that blew up and I sent it to FP to see if it can be salvaged and upgraded. We will see how it goes. I guess an EVO IX TME WR would not be so bad........
