SSBOV engine light??

I just recently installed an HKS Super Sequential Blow off Valve. After a day of driving it the engine light came on. I check the Vacuum line and it was fine. I check the plug that i use to clog up the intake and it was fine...Could this be a common thing?? I think ill try to unplug the battery first to see if it'll go away.

A friend of mine is going to put my car in a diagnostic test to see what kinda code it is..and try to correct it.

Oh yea I had to weld the BOV in. It sounds great..actually grrrreaat. hehe engine light is on but performance seems fine...hmm...any advice or comments??

I've had an HKS SSQV installed on my Evo for a while now. But I used the Eclipse kit and didn't have to weld anything. Just used the hoses that went to the stock diverter valve (yes, I'm recircing):

No CEL since day one.
