Megan Racing TBE

I was wondering if anyone had this and how they like it. I found a TBE on ebay and it looks alright. Need to know what you paid so I can have an idea what I am dealing with. Thanks.

i have a megan tbe but i replaced thier test pipe with the ultimate racing one. its sounds great i think. it is loud at WOT but there is no drone on the highway at 80mph. ive had mine for a couple months now and the sound has changed im not sure if the fiberglass in the canister came out or something but it still sounds good none the less. i have an incar video of it but i dont have an outside video of it yet. but i dont know how to put it on here.

I've had it for a while and I have had no sound changes at all. The welds to me are just as good.. if not better than other HKS or Apexi ones that I've seen. This is really nice quality and thick steel. The only thing I can say is that the exhaust sits a little cocked towards the driver's side. Initially it melted a bit of the bumper, so I'd use an exacto knife and trim it a bit. After a small trim and my exhaust shield there is no problem.

i've had this exhaust for a while, had it on my VIII and then moved it to the IX. Sounds freakin' incredible!!! That's the reason that I got this exhaust, because nothing else sounds this good! I have a friend who got an HKS Carbon Ti Exhaust and it sounds like a$$ compared to the Megan. Just beware that it is LOUD, and it has a mild drone on the highway. But I love it!!!!!!!

Luffy, did it fit your IX well? I get mixed results. Thats why Megan has made a 05-06 specific fitment. Also, are you running the resonated delete pipe, or a cat? Even my old *** does not really find it loud with one of those... except at WOT of course.
