Will an aftermarket 02 housing for an evo 8 fit on an evo 9? and both evos have aftermarket turbobacks.

Stock EVO8 housing will fit a stock EVO 9 turbo. I dont think thats what ur asking tho. If they are both after market turbine housing it depends on the flange. Like is it a v band style, or is it a 4 bolt garret, etc etc. The o2 housing is not the concern. the angle of the down pipe on 05-06s is the concern if the 2 turbos have the same exhaust outlet flange.

 

well lets say both evos are stock, will the 02housing bolt directly onto the evo9 and fit the hotside and downpipe?

if I were running, a full exhaust, MBC fuel pump and tuned, would the 02 housing make a big difference in power? and would it throw a CEL
